"Our company uses this State Farm location for all of our vehicle insurance needs (we also use them for our personal autos as well). The office is extremely efficient. Marcus Massey is the agent that mainly assists us and he is always very pleasant, professional and efficient. Today while at the DMV I realized we needed help and Marcus stopped what he was doing to assist us. He takes great care to assure we have exactly what we need. We appreciate this level of service very much."

"My rating is solely based on requesting a quote for insurance online, I did the request and proceeded to go get my laundry out the dryer. No joke within 5 minutes I had 3 texts and 2 missed calls! No voicemails so I wouldn’t have even known who it was except the texts, my thing is people do have lives leave a voicemail and actually give us time to call back instead of too me being what feels like pushy!! Now I rather pay a premium that might be higher🤷🏻‍♀️ all because Victor wanted to be impatient or whatever he was being….."
